Gino`s Hamburgers in Greenville

Food was great!! The floor and tables were nasty. Staff was not to friendly or helpful.

Gino’s is the one restaurant I have to go to whenever I’m visiting my hometown. They have provided consistent food since before I can remember. The catfish sandwich is amazing. It comes with one piece of fish, but if you ask for a large, you’ll get two. It’s not on the menu though. The coleslaw on it is the best and I always add cheese for additional flavor. Gino’s is also known for its burgers, which are great with chili and coleslaw added. The drive-through can be slow if there are several cars. However, that’s fine because I always get hot, fresh food. On my last visit, I asked if they had lemonade. The lady said yes and I ordered it. When she passed me the drink, I asked why it was pinkish. She told me it was pink lemonade. That would have been nice to know before I ordered it. There was also something floating in it, so that’s the reason for the 4 star review. Next time, I’ll just drink something at home lol.

Ginos is in need of new employees that know a thing or two about customer service. The first time my food was thrown together and not right, as they waited to bring it to me after they got ready to close was one thing. Tonight, went all over me. I called at 855 and told them I was walking out of Dollar General ( in the same parking lot) and wanted to know could I put my order in. She said they couldn't take call ins after 8. I understood so i said I'd be right there. Got in driveway and sat for a minute and pulled up. They said they were closed. I expressed to them they just got off the phone with me. Their response was they dont take call ins. I said I know, I told you I was headed right here and you said ok. They literally had already cleaned and knew they were closed. She said by her clock it was already 9. No decency to tell me on the phone they had already shut everything down.

Great food and a very clean kitchen!! Love it!!

Today was my first time going there and it was really good. Next time I go back I'm trying the catfish.

Gino's is an institution. Amazing food and always my first stop in town.

It's a bit pricey but the food is delicious.

Every time I visit my friend in Greenville, we end up coming here. It's your pretty basic hamburger place really, but there's just something about going here that feels really nice. At this point, it's become a tradition for us to meet up here.

I ask or Hot Fish & hot fries fish was hot and the fries have been sitting that's not the first time is most of the time when you get a carry out I don't have that far to go home but the fries set up in the cooker after they finish cooking and they're just sitting there getting old and getting cold if I should ever eat there again I will just order the fish hot

Called in an order for pick up and was EXTREMELY disappointed all the way around! Not only was the person on the phone rude and difficult to understand, they left out half of our food from two plates and then charged us extra for additional sauce but didn’t bother to give it us, even though I specifically asked if they put all of the extra sauces (that she made sure to charge me for) in our bags and was told yes. Just sorry!!! I worked in restaurants for years and there’s no excuse for this type of service. Needless to say my family will NOT go back!

Nice Catfish sandwich but like most reviews tables wasn't clean but the fish sandwich and fish was great. To the mangers Have your employees to clean up the dinning Area..You never know who may come through..

EASY ALONG THE WAY STOP: after a day of riding around and shopping we stopped here to grab a quick bite. The service was great and the cashier was very nice and helpful. I listened to the chatter back and forth as they passed along and prepared each order in the back area ... it was interesting to hear and see certain queues and steps taken to ensure the accuracy of the orders. As we sat there the spot got hot 😉, it quickly filled with locals enjoying a late lunch. The food, environment and atmosphere was quite nice. They are located at a convenient major intersection with easy access in and out. Check them out when passing through or as a part of your daily routine.

Across the street from this establishment is Sherman's restaurant go there save yourself the trouble of being disappointed. The portions were extremely small the young lady at the drive-thru window got my order wrong she did not hear me or misinterpreted what I said. I'm somewhat of a food critic if I might say so myself I gave them an honest shot but I will never return not because the service was poor but because the food was below average. It would have helped if they would have got my order right then maybe I might have returned but that was not the case and I was not satisfied with the food itself you can't call yourself the greatest hamburger in the world and your patties are less than 1/8 of an inch thick.

We bring all of out out of town family here. They alwaysenjoy.

The famous catfish sandwich w slaw was delicious. My boyfriend had the chilli and slaw burger it was different but tasty I do recommend this place if your ever passing through 😊...p.s. there's a jukebox 😍

When u think of this place think of how diners used to be! They take a little while but theyre definitely worth it!

They have one of the cleanest kitchens I've ever seen at a restaurant, and the most amazing chilli cole-slaw burgers, the burger patties are so flavorful it was mind-blowing!The dining area is the only minor issue, the tables are so close together that it's like navigating through a maze.

The first time that I’ve ever eating fried fish willingly. It was a good decision. Kind staff, clean restaurant, a delightful, record-playing jukebox. A classic for catfish and whatnot else.

Top place for a catfish lunch. Good hamburgers too.

Food was great as usual. All the booths were dirty and needed to be wiped down! We had to clean our own table and the dead mosquito out of the window in order to sit d down!

Smoked sausage sandwich I purchased - meat tasted spoiled - I called back to restaurant to report it and they wanted me to bring sandwiche back... threw it in the garbage... no more Gino's for me! Won't allow me to give it 0 stars ...

The catfish sandwiches and tacos are delicious. Nice atmosphere, fast service. Prices tend to be on the higher end for fast food and there are no combo price deals.
